Dear Allison,
We here at "Jenn's Job" are very sorry to hear about your concern about us limiting Jenn's blogging time and energy. But we feel that although we have kept her busy throughout the whole work day and sent her home to sometime fall asleep on the couch for an hour and then make dinner and then not really be in the mood to necessarily turn on the computer, we would like to point out that there was also the evenings filled with the fitting of the wedding dress, the attending of the gym (where she did a few too many of those leg presses and walked like an old man for two days), the second and final fitting of the wedding dress, the securing of her sessional contract and attempt to get that syllabus finished before leaving, the snuggling of chuck the cat and Spike as Leone had obviously been beating them, and the final wedding preparations over the internet. This included a photographer, a boquet (multi-coloured orchids), a cake (white cake with peaches), the wedding vows, and other assorted things that seem to pop up each day.
And although Thursday night's eyelid movie was all work related (trying to get the new information down firm enough to start seeing students monday), last night it was all about the wedding and dreaming about forgetting the dress, to pack half the stuff, having horrid hair, looking yucky, and the like.
So we feel we should share the blame with all these other things.

PS. Jenn has seen this and given it the *eyebrow*. She believes that these other things woulnd't have such an impact if it weren't for all the time and effort with the New Job. She thinks having only one weekend left until she leaves for Costa Rica is a little time-crunchy and she might just be running around a bit like a crazy person today. But we pointed out that she is also tutoring and having her Shag party tonight - and that is not our doing.
PPS. Jenn has further pointed out this entry might sound like a pity-party. But it isn't as she actually really really likes us, and she is also very happy about the wedding and all the plans. She is just a little overwhelmed at this particular moment.

Dear Jenn's Job,
I, too, must give the eyebrow to your feeble excuses. Obviously Jenn has an enormous number of things to do prior to the Costa Rica wedding and since she is going to a tropic climate, leg lifts are esssential for the wearing of shorts and swimwear. It sounds suspiciously to me like you are trying to shift the blame. And I tell you now--this will not stand! No, now we are only more annoyed with you that we are not getting more posts about the fitting of wedding dresses and the snuggling of kitties. For shame, new job, for shame!

P.P.S. All silliness aside--have a beautiful wedding and don't worry about anything. I miss you, but I know you have a lot on your plate right now. Hopefully there's some sushi on that plate, too!
